    • (Research):KINSHIP: Conflict/Error> Vaughan's 'Llyfr Achau Robert Vaughan, Peniarth 287' page 208: 205T gives him a son named Iorwerth, but he is not listed in other sources. The descent of this Iorwerth shows him to the same idividual as Ieuan.

      REMARKS: Plea Roll of Chester> Flint Pleas> 7 Aug 1284, Flint Court> Robert ab Iorwerth brought an 'Assize of Mort d'Ancestor against Gruffudd. The plaintiff failing to appear, judgment was entered in favour of Gruffudd. This action was probably a claim under the custom of gavelkind.
